Sales, Marketing & Design

 

Rob, President

Since 1999, Rob has served as President and CEO of Kole Digital, overseeing sales and strategic business planning. He has a hand in every CAD design, whether it's a theater, custom cabinet or bar, graphic interface, or lighting plan. With a bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering from Columbia College, Chicago, and having run sound and lighting for over 600 live shows, Rob combines technical prowess with art and passion to push the edge of creative design in the company. A lifelong musician with a recording studio in his house, Rob believes that we really can affect people's lives by engaging them emotionally through state-of-the-art music and cinema systems. He started the company with that premise and for eight years used his own house to demonstrate what is possible with our integrated systems.

 

 

 

Carl, System Designer & Sales

Carl has worked in sound reinforcement consulting and music production for many years before joining the Kole Digital team. His past experience includes commissioning live performance sound systems, troubleshooting systems in the field, Recording/Audio Production and sound effects design. Carl graduated from Columbia College where he studied audio engineering and acoustics. You may also see him around town as a gigging musician, as he has been performing live music for over 12 years.

Carmella, Office Administrator

Carmella works to make sure our office practices are as cutting edge as our installations. She handles all of our human resource and bookkeeping responsibilities. With 25 years of past accounting experience in both the low voltage and construction industries, she knows exactly how to work closely with both our clients and builders. Because of Carmella, our billing, accounts receivables and employees are always well taken care of.

Hector, Project & Installation Manager

For many years, Hector has been our go-to guy for our most challenging installations and retrofits. Hector's extensive field experience and industry knowledge have allowed him to seamlessly move into the position of managing both our projects and our installation team. He keeps our jobs moving smoothly while communicating the important details and timelines needed for our clients, partners, and builders.

 

Monica, Field Personnel Scheduler & Purchaser

Monica's extensive background in logistics has given her a vast knowledge of geography both locally and nationwide. This gives her the upper hand when scheduling our field personnel for both installations and service calls. Her BA in Business  is fully utilized to help keep our operations team running smoothly. Her customer service background allows her to easily work with the different factions within our organization to execute customers’ needs and requests. 

 

 

 

Programming

 

Jeff, Chief Programmer

Having worked at Kole Digital for many years, Jeff has helped to establish our documented methods of best practices and builds our Big Sky Media Managers. Jeff has a background in both installing and programming and comes to us with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern IL University. He is a programmer with an incredible attention to detail and a master at troubleshooting.
